LSS Department Technics

Main directions of activities carried out by members of the Department:

  • development of non-traditional methods in engineering
  • expertise systems in civil engineering;
  • materials and technologies for road and railway construction;
  • road maintenance problems and ecology
  • development of technologies for environment protection;
  • improvement of numerical simulation methods in fluid mechanics and mathematical modelling;
  • usage of GPS system and technologies in geodesic investigations;
  • application of geological information systems in cartographic technologies.
