Lithuanian Biochemical Society

Main directions of activities carried out by members of the Society:

  • to consolidate biochemists for solving common professional or society-related problems;
  • to organize research seminars and meetings;
  • contacts to other local and international science organizations;
  • to promote teaching in Biochemistry;
  • to develop Lithuanian biochemical terminology;
  • to represent Lithuanian biochemists in FEBS and IUBMB.
