Main directions of activities carried out by members of the Society:

• encouraging theoretical and applied researches in the field of operational research, developing information society in Lithuania;
• promoting the international connections and gaining the prestige of the Lithuanian scientists and experts, which work in the field of Operational Research;
• maintaining rights and interests of its members.
